Needle bearings

Needle bearings consist of many small cylindrical rollers that are 3 to 10 times their diameter. Therefore, the ratio between the outer diameter of the drive and the diameter of the inscribed circle is very small and they withstand a large radial load. Needle bearings have many different types and many of them do not have inner rings. Cup type has a stamping steel outer ring, the rest has a machined outer ring. There are also designs with a combination of rollers and spacing without internal / external rings. Most of these drives have stamping steel rings but also have no-gap designs
- Application: used for plastic injection machines, cutting machines in packaging industry, or in hot rolled steel manufacturing.
- Manufacturer: INA, SKF, NSK, NTN, KOYO, IKO, JNS, TORINGTON, FBJ ...
- Product features: This is also a ball-like ball, with a needle cylindrical ball (the diameter of the ball is much smaller than the length of the ball). Needle bearings are mainly used for circular motion when the load is not high and the contact thickness is quite thin. Bearings, needle bearings are also divided into categories such as 1 row needle bearings, 2 row needle bearings, 3 row needle bearings. Or divided by circular motion: needle bearings 1-way, needle bearings 2-way (normal needle bearings). Or divided according to the structure of the rack we have: needle bearings have racked ball bearings and needle bearings are not empty.
Currently on the market there are many manufacturers of these bearings, including the main brands are: SKF (Sweden), INA (Germany), NSK, NTN, KOYO, IKO, JNS (Japan), KG ( India). SKF, INA, NSK, NTN, IKO, JNS are mainly used in all industries due to their stable quality and high safety.
